Open from 1st March to 1st November

Ground Sheets; must be of the breathable type or lifted daily;  

BBQ, must be raised off the ground, bricks are available in most fields by gates, return after use please.  No open fires.

VEHICLES, We do not allow Vehicles with loud or noisy exhausts on camp anyone arriving in such a vehicle will be asked to leave with no refund will be given. .    

We have a bin by for your BBQ ashes and charcoals so please do not dump them 

Dogs; Dog's are welcome, all dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times, all dog mess must be picked up immediately, unnecessary barking will not be tolerated.    

Speed limit; 5 mph on site at all times this includes the drive.

Waste; must be put in bins not hedgerows thank you. No cigarette buts or rubbish to be dropped and left we do our best to keep this camp clean and safe for your enjoyment please help us keep it this way.

Warning; due to overhead electric cables we cannot allow the flying of kites, (climbing or throwing) this means anywhere on this camp.

Warning; DO NOT FEED THE ANIMALS!! - We ask you not to feed any of the animals or birds, it is possible that what you give them may kill them, anyone caught or reported as having fed any of the animals will be asked to leave the site immediately with no refund.

Departures; we ask you to leave by 11 am, late departures may incur a charge,

Arrivals; All new arrivals must report to the reception, and not earlier than 2 pm unless pre - arranged.

Noise & Nuisance; No loud music to be played at any time, Noise including loud conversation that is likely to, or does, disturb others will not be tolerated, particularly between 10pm and 8am, you are likely to be told to leave; no refunds will be given.

Bad Language. The use of foul or bad language at any time is not acceptable, you will be told to leave; no refunds will be given.

We do not give refunds for early departure; Booking Fees; Are not refundable or Transferable for Admission; we reserve the right to refuse admission to any person, caravan, or vehicle.

RAC or AA - Anyone who needs to have any RAC or AA service on the campsite must let reception know before hand so that they can be allowed access to the campsite.

Liability; We do not accept Any Liability for loss or damage to property whilst staying at Fedw Uchaf howsoever caused. We recommend you check your holiday insurance cover.

Family & Friends; please let Stan or Ellen or the camp warden know the names of any one visiting before they arrive, they must leave the site by 9PM.

We do not allow any new arrivals to come after 9 pm for any reason. After 10PM Please dip your car lights and move around the site as quietly as possible.

Additional vehicles or watercraft Gazebos will incur an extra charge of £2.00 per night.
